Our core priorities for the 2023 to 2024 Academic Year are:

• Subject leadership: To develop consistent, effective subject leadership, which has a positive impact on pupil outcomes. 
• Maths: To embed a whole school approach of maths mastery, ensuring a shared understanding of the pedagogy. 

• English: To ensure consistent and effective teaching of Reading and Writing in every year group.  To increase the percentage of children who are fluent readers and meet the age-related expectation in Year 4 (Target 75% ARE+) and Year 6 (Target 70% ARE+).
